Our ability to provide clients with a high quality and detailed finish has enabled
us to specialize in a wide range of commercial interior projects. Our depth and
experience ranges from minor office refurbishments to major corporate fit outs
and also includes major refurbishment of restaurants and luxury hotel facilities.
Our experience and ability have allowed us to successfully complete various complex
and unique refurbishment projects, often undertaken while buildings are still
occupied by tenants or the client. The refurbishment works at Macquarie Shopping
Centre, Cessnock Plaza and the MLC Centre in Sydney are prime examples of our
ability to complete major refurbishment projects, while working within occupied
spaces, with complex timing and programming constraints and at the same time,
ensuring the quality and completion times of the project met the Clients expectations.
Classic Group has completed a wide range of construction based projects
including childcare centres, restaurants, bulky goods retail complexes, industrial
units and medium density residential developments. Our diversity
and experience in a variety of building methods, provides us with the
ability and knowledge to construct almost any project our clients
can envisage.
Our experience in retail projects extends from the fit
out of individual retail outlets to the major refurbishment
and additions to various shopping centres throughout the
Sydney, Central Coast and Hunter Valley regions.
We have completed a number of medical specific projects varying from the refurbishment
of mortuaries to the construction of medical consultation facilities and Nursing
Homes. Our detailed knowledge of the Aged Care Commonwealth Certification Requirements
and related accreditation issues is a major advantage.
The construction of variety of community related facilities, including Community
Halls, Childcare Centres and Community Centres have been completed by us for
various Clients including local councils, the NSW Government and local community
groups.
