The refurbishment of the 500sqm roof terrace included
the construction of an entertainment area, installation
of shade sails, refurbishment of an existing pool,
extensive paving and construction of a new amenities
block.

The refurbishment of the historical Awaba House
into a new restaurant and function centre on the
shore of Lake Macquarie. included the complete refurbishment
of the existing house, construction of a new commercial
kitchen and amenities area, the construction of
an ornate structural steel pavilion.
Jessie
Street Centre, Parramatta
Major Refurbishment of 5 floors in an office building,
including the removal of the existing tenancy fitouts,
refurbishment of all amenities, lift lobbies and
major essential services upgrade works.
The refurbishment of these 3 court house facilities
was completed while the facilities were in full
operation. Works included extensive internal refurbishment
works to each facility, minor civil works and the
construction of a new main entry to the Newcastle
Court complex.
