The works included the demolition and reconstruction
of the entire upper level, major structural modifications
and rectification, extensive civil works, construction
of new amenities and the complete refurbishment
and fitout of the new lower level café and
upper level restaurant areas.

The construction of a new 2 story, 2500sqm bulky
goods retail facility included the extensive use
of pre-cast concrete and structural steel. Due to
the poor ground conditions the entire building was
constructed on a suspended slab, sitting on on 25metre
long piles.

Classic Group completed the reconstruction and fitout
to a major restaurant in the heart of Terrigal.
The works included construction of a second story,
major modifications to the existing structure, the
fitout of a new night club and the internal refurbishment
of the lower level restaurant.
